As I searched the web this holidays for unique gifts for my wife, I spent many a hours trying to find a gift. It is always frustrating trying to find a special gift she will love. Gas going to $5 a gallon! How to save money on gas.

Gas prices could rise to $5 a gallon this summer. Food prices are on the rise too. In this uncertain economy it is difficult to spend your hard earned money on your favorite hobbies. One of my favorite places to go is an outside gun range. But every gun range I have ever belonged to has been a good 20 – 25 mile drive from my house. Add a 40 mile round trip drive, the price of all the bullets and targets I am going to use while I am there, we are looking at money I just don’t have to spend.

While target shooting is a favorite hobby of mine, I don’t believe that self defense or home defense is playtime. I found a way to save on money I would have spent on gas and ammo. I want to compare the Laserlyte LaserAmmo to the Surestrike Laser Ammo Training system. Some of us have grown up shooting firearms our whole life, and their is nothing more rewarding then introducing someone to the art of shooting. I find new comers to the sport of shooting are reluctant to fire a gun because they do not understand how the weapon works. Basically they are scared of the bang. I found if someone learns how a gun works they are more confident when they first go shooting at the gun range. I have spoken to many of my customers who want to teach their girlfriends or wives to shoot, and are looking for training aid that will ease their fears of firing a handgun at the gun range for the first time.
